The Delaware Recreation Education Athletics and Mentoring Association (DREAM) was established to break intergenerational cycles of poverty by equipping youth with the skills, mentorship, and opportunities they need to thrive—on the field, in the classroom, and throughout life’s journey. Our initiatives focus on sports, education, mentorship, and community engagement.
